Fresno County Jail

Hi yes, I have sentencing on the 25th and was wondering how that will go, even though the judge had already told me my "Punishment" was one year probation, and after one year come back to court. I am not really understanding the feeling, emotion, nor "facade" I should use to get ready for the "responce." If anyone understands it would be great if you could get back to me, would you please?

i have a younger brother who has a felony charge in fresno. he has been encarcerated in texas for the last 5 mos. he was supposed to be extradited within the last 10 days. he was released from jail here at the last minute into the custody of another. how do i find out if he is in fact being taken back to fresno?

i wanna know if an inmate could get out early when he is only there for 1 month? he is suppose 2 get out on 11-19-08?
